AI Storefront Deployment Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the purchase, deployment, and use of the AI Storefront system provided by Profit Lifter and associated technology platforms including Chat Sites and related automation systems.
By purchasing, accessing, or using the AI Storefront, the client agrees to the terms described in this Agreement.
1. Overview of the AI Storefront
The AI Storefront is a conversational marketing and lead engagement system designed to replace traditional static websites with an AI-driven customer engagement environment.
The system enables businesses to:
engage visitors instantly
answer customer questions automatically
capture leads through conversation
schedule appointments
automate follow-up communication
integrate with CRM systems
manage marketing workflows
The AI Storefront is delivered through a combination of conversational websites, artificial intelligence systems, automation workflows, and CRM integrations.
2. Pricing
The AI Storefront is offered under the following pricing options.
Option A — Full Payment
$2,997 one-time payment.
Option B — Payment Plan
$997 initial payment
$200 per month for 12 months
Total payment plan price: $3,397.
Payments are non-refundable once system deployment has begun.
3. Payment Obligations
Clients who select a payment plan agree to complete the full payment schedule.
Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in:
suspension of AI services
suspension of automation systems
restriction of platform access
Profit Lifter reserves the right to disable system functionality if payment obligations are not met.
4. Core System Deployment
The AI Storefront includes deployment and configuration of the following components.
Chat Site Deployment
The Chat Site serves as the conversational website interface for the business.
Deployment includes:
Chat Site installation and configuration
conversational home page setup
lead magnet landing page configuration
form embeds
calendar booking integration
Zoom or Google Meet integration
returning visitor recognition
conversation continuation for returning users
demo or lead capture configuration
The Chat Site functions as the customer-facing interface of the AI Storefront.
AI Receptionist Chatbot Setup
The AI Receptionist chatbot communicates with website visitors and guides them through the lead capture and appointment process.
Setup includes:
business knowledge base training
service and offer explanation configuration
conversational lead capture logic
visitor guidance conversation flows
appointment request logic
The chatbot acts as the digital receptionist for the website.
AI Receptionist Callbot Setup
The AI Receptionist Callbot is an automated inbound phone response system powered by artificial intelligence.
Setup includes:
inbound call answering configuration
caller information collection
appointment scheduling capability
call transfer to team members when available
This system allows businesses to respond to phone calls automatically even when staff are unavailable.
AI Outbound Callbot Setup
The AI Outbound Callbot performs automated follow-up calls for captured leads.
Setup includes:
outbound lead follow-up calls
appointment confirmation calls
lead qualification conversations
This ensures leads are contacted quickly after entering the system.
5. Lead Capture & Sales Automation
The AI Storefront includes automated lead capture and follow-up systems.
Automated Lead Capture
Lead information is captured through conversational interactions rather than traditional forms.
Setup includes:
conversational lead capture logic
contact information storage
lead tagging and tracking
Automated Follow-Up System
Once a lead enters the system, automated follow-up campaigns begin.
Setup includes:
SMS follow-up campaigns
email follow-up campaigns
AI phone follow-up calls (Pro plan only)
These automations ensure consistent engagement with each lead.
6. Profit Lifter CRM Integration
The AI Storefront integrates with the Profit Lifter CRM system.
Integration includes:
lead tracking
conversation storage
pipeline management
automation triggers
The CRM acts as the operational backbone of the AI Storefront.
7. Essential SnapOns Setup
The system includes installation of pre-built automation modules within the CRM.
These modules include:
lead capture automation
sales pipeline automation
follow-up campaigns
appointment scheduling workflows
SnapOns allow the system to operate without custom development.
8. SSAPI System Connection
SSAPI functions as the integration layer connecting all components of the AI Storefront.
Configuration includes:
Chat Site connection to CRM
AI system integrations
API and MCP connection management
synchronization of data across systems
SSAPI ensures that all components of the AI Storefront communicate correctly.
9. Data & Conversation Tracking
The system tracks and synchronizes conversations across multiple channels.
Tracked interactions include:
website conversations
chatbot interactions
phone interactions
CRM records
This allows the system to recognize returning users and continue conversations across sessions.
10. Beta Program Access
Clients purchasing during the AI Storefront Beta period receive access to additional systems.
These systems may evolve as the platform develops.
Beta features may:
change without notice
contain bugs
be modified or removed
Beta features are provided without guarantees of permanent availability.
AI Marketer Access
The AI Marketer system assists businesses with marketing planning and campaign organization.
Access includes tools for:
annual marketing strategy planning
campaign structure planning
marketing asset organization
integration with Profit Lifter CRM
SSAPI Advanced Access
Beta users may receive early access to advanced SSAPI features including:
automated API integrations
system monitoring
integration management tools
N3rve Early Preview Access
Beta participants receive preview access to the N3rve platform.
N3rve is designed to allow businesses to manage operations through conversational interaction with AI systems.
Early access includes the current working version and future updates as features are released.
11. Content Creation & Asset Policy
The AI Storefront deployment focuses on system configuration and AI setup, not custom creative development.
All content generated during deployment is produced using information provided by the client to Profit Lifter.
This may include:
business descriptions
services and offers
existing website information
marketing materials
publicly available business information
Profit Lifter does not create custom:
marketing copy
branding assets
logos
graphics
videos
website design elements
Clients may modify or replace generated content after system deployment.
12. Deployment Completion & System Handoff
Deployment is considered complete once the following components are operational:
Chat Site deployment
AI chatbot configuration
callbot configuration
CRM integration
automation workflows
SSAPI connections
At this point, the system transitions from deployment phase to client operation phase.
Requests beyond the original deployment scope are not included in the AI Storefront setup.
13. Customization After Deployment
After deployment, clients may expand or customize their AI Storefront.
Additional services may include:
custom marketing content
advanced automation workflows
additional integrations
system optimization
website design adjustments
campaign strategy development
These services may be provided through authorized partners including:
Profit Lifter
approved resellers
Keep Generating Agency
Additional services are billed separately and are not included in the AI Storefront deployment.
14. Training & Ongoing Support
AI Storefront clients receive onboarding and support resources including:
training materials
group training sessions
chat-based support channels
ongoing platform updates
Support is designed to help clients operate and adjust their systems.
Support does not include full marketing management or custom campaign development unless arranged separately.
15. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information required for system setup, including:
business details
service descriptions
scheduling links
phone routing preferences
branding assets when applicable
Delays in providing required materials may delay deployment.
16. AI Communications Responsibility
Clients are responsible for how AI systems communicate with customers.
This includes:
chatbot responses
automated phone interactions
SMS communications
marketing automation messages
Profit Lifter provides the tools and infrastructure, but the client is responsible for ensuring their communication complies with applicable laws and business standards.
17. Telecommunications & Messaging Compliance
Clients using automated phone or messaging systems must comply with applicable laws including but not limited to:
TCPA regulations
SMS consent requirements
Do Not Call rules
marketing communication laws
Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before contacting individuals through automated systems.
18. Infrastructure Dependencies
The AI Storefront relies on third-party technology providers including:
AI systems
telecommunications providers
messaging services
CRM systems
payment platforms
APIs and integration tools
Service interruptions caused by external providers are outside the control of Profit Lifter.
19. Platform Modifications
Profit Lifter may update or modify platform features at any time.
This may include:
replacing AI providers
adjusting integrations
modifying system capabilities
improving infrastructure
20. Data Security & Storage
Profit Lifter implements reasonable safeguards to protect system data.
However, no digital system can guarantee absolute protection against data loss or service interruption.
Clients should maintain appropriate backups where necessary.
21. Results Disclaimer
The AI Storefront provides automation and marketing tools.
However, Profit Lifter does not guarantee:
lead generation results
revenue outcomes
marketing performance
Business results depend on the client's market, offer, and business operations.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability related to the AI Storefront is limited to the total amount paid for the system.
23. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Profit Lifter and associated technology providers from any claims resulting from:
misuse of the platform
unlawful marketing practices
improper use of automated communication systems
violations of applicable laws.
24. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
25. Electronic Agreement
By purchasing the AI Storefront, clicking a purchase button, or paying an invoice, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement.
