Client Responsibilities

Compliance:

The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Verification:

The client is responsible for A2P (Application-to-Person) and Toll-Free Verification.

Email Delivery: The client is responsible for ensuring email deliverability.

Content and Campaigns:

Profit Lifter may provide AI-generated content, pre-built websites, automation, and workflows provided by 3rd parties.

The functionality and accuracy of the content are the client’s responsibility.

Any pre-built email campaigns created by Profit Lifter are also the client's responsibility for their execution and effectiveness.

Tools and Support:

Profit Lifter provides tools to facilitate the use of the software, but the client is ultimately responsible for how these tools are utilized.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are only granted if the Profit Lifter software is inaccessible. The client is responsible for the accuracy and deliverability of any pre-built resources, especially those provided by third parties.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos (the "Marks"). Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws in the United States and worldwide.

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
